This is a two-part session designed to support your healing journey—wherever you are right now.

Part One: Intuitive Reading (1 hour)

I'll tune into your energy, emotions, and what's present in your body and spirit. This isn't about predicting your future—it's about helping you see what's already there but may be hard to access on your own. I pay attention to patterns, places where you might be stuck, and what parts of you are asking to be heard or healed.

Part Two: Energy Healing (45 minutes)

This is where we work together in a more fluid, intuitive way. I follow what your energy shows me, which means every session looks different. I might use light language, guide you through breathwork, work with your inner child, or simply hold space while you process what's coming up. Sometimes I receive images or messages I'll share with you. Sometimes it's quieter—just clearing and rebalancing.

You don't need to do anything but be present and let yourself receive.

A note on Soul Retrieval: While this session can touch on fragmented or wounded parts of yourself, it's not a full Soul Retrieval ceremony. That's a separate, more intensive process I offer for those who feel called to it.
